Controller and scope
The controller is the owner identified in the legal notice. Contact [email protected] or the address in that notice. This policy covers the website and Vocero community. Microphone processing takes place on your computer; visiting this site does not activate your microphone or upload recordings.
Data, purposes and legal bases
The server and Cloudflare process connection information such as IP address, date, browser and requests to deliver and secure the website. This serves our legitimate interest in a secure, available service. We do not add advertising analytics or commercial profiling.
Community accounts involve your username, hashed password, invitations and sessions to deliver the service requested under its terms. Uploaded audio and images, attribution, licence and moderation status are processed to publish and distribute the content you choose to share. Public details are visible to other users. Do not upload other people’s personal data without a lawful basis.
We process enquiries to respond and, where relevant, take pre-contractual steps. Content notices contain an email address, sound identifier and reasons. We use these to investigate, resolve and communicate decisions, under applicable legal obligations and our legitimate interest in preventing abuse. No account is needed to send a notice.
Providers, recipients and international transfers
We use Contabo hosting and Cloudflare delivery and protection services. Providers process the data necessary for those functions. Data may also be disclosed to authorities where legally required. We do not sell personal data.
Cloudflare may process data outside the European Economic Area. Its data processing terms provide safeguards including standard contractual clauses and, where applicable, adequacy mechanisms. Its terms and privacy information are linked below. Ask [email protected] for information on applicable safeguards.
Retention
Community sessions expire after seven days. Temporary abuse counters last up to 24 hours. Accounts and files remain while the service is provided and until withdrawal or an erasure request, subject to legal duties or pending claims. Local technical logs have limited rotation; system and mail logs and encrypted backups have a configured retention of 14 days. Cloudflare applies its own technical retention under its terms.
Enquiries and notices remain for their handling and periods necessary to address legal responsibilities. Backups expire on a 14-day cycle; removal from the live service does not immediately erase backups. Information may be retained with restricted access when legally required.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability where applicable at [email protected]. Consent, where used, can be withdrawn at any time. We normally respond within one month; any legally permitted extension will be explained. Identity checks, if necessary, will be proportionate. You may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
Children and decisions
Community registration is not permitted for children under 14. We do not automatically verify age; registrants must meet this condition. We do not make decisions with legal effects based solely on automated profiling. Publications and content notices are reviewed manually.
Changes and contact
We will update this page if processing changes and provide information or obtain consent where required before new uses. There is no payment system on this website; any future donation provider will need specific information before use.
